🕊️ Confidentiality – Chatham House Rule
The SCTA Forum & Dinner is conducted under the Chatham House Rule:
“Participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.”
By purchasing a Forum Pass, you agree to respect this rule and to refrain from recording, live-streaming, or unauthorised reporting of sessions.
📋 Participation & Admission Policy
The SCTA Forum & Dinner is a professional, adult-only event. Forum Passes are strictly limited to participants aged 18 and above. The presence of minors is generally prohibited. Should a participant nevertheless wish to request an exception for a dependent, a formal written request must be submitted in advance to the SCTA Secretariat, clearly stating the reasons and circumstances. Admission of minors may only be granted in rare and exceptional cases, and is strictly subject to SCTA’s prior written approval. In such cases, the parent or guardian will be required to sign binding agreements covering privacy, safety, and liability. SCTA expressly reserves the unrestricted right to decline any such request and to refuse admission of minors, without obligation to provide justification.
👥 Attendee List & Data Protection
By registering for the event, participants agree that their company name may be shared with fellow attendees and used by SCTA for communication and promotional purposes.
Individual names and contact details will not be shared. An aggregated list of participating companies will be made available via the SCTA Connect App or can be shared by the SCTA Secretariat upon request.
SCTA processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
If you prefer to opt out, please contact the SCTA Secretariat directly at info@sc-ta.ch.
📸 Photography, Audio and Video Recording
Professional photographers and videographers will be present throughout the SCTA Forum & Dinner. Panel sessions, social events (including cocktail receptions, gala dinners, and afterparties), as well as public areas of the venue, may be photographed or recorded.
Images and recordings may be shared securely with Forum participants through the SCTA Connect App, used by SCTA for internal documentation and for promotional purposes directly related to the Forum, and published on SCTA’s official social media channels. Forum participants may also post images or recordings on their own personal or professional profiles.
Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify the SCTA Secretariat in writing prior to the event. SCTA will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests; however, due to the nature of the Forum as a public professional gathering, complete exclusion from all images or recordings taken in shared spaces cannot be guaranteed.
