Process to follow
- Please enter the number of participants you would like to invite and then click on “Book Ticket”
- You can then access your cart on the top right of the page and review the quantity of tickets entered
- Click on “Proceed to checkout” in order to fill in your billing information as well as each participant(s) details
- Once completed, add your credit card details and click on “Place order” to proceed with the payment
- All the participant(s) will then automatically received the necessary and unique QR code in order to enter the event.
You will also immediately receive your corresponding invoice.
This ticket gives access to the 2-day networking event and panel discussions at the Congress Centre Basel Forum and for the Cocktail Reception on October 3rd.
- Please note the Gala Dinner on October 4th is not included
- The deadline to order forum passes is September 25th, 2024. Please note we cannot accept any last minute orders beyond this date as there will be no day desk at the venue.
